SHIPPING
Products ordered and paid for will ship after 5-7 business days. We primarily ship through USPS. USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification that provides tracking information once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS
If there are any problems with your order such as not receiving your package, damaged, not what you were expecting, etc. please contact us so that we can fix it for you. We take our customer's experience very serious. We will work hard to resolve any issues that arise regarding your order.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at custexp@crownsofroyaltyllc.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
